Products
FabienneSketches Lab. creates and offers original illustrated products inspired by fashion, art, creativity and contemporary lifestyle.
Our Illustrated Advent Calendar 2026 is a seasonal product featuring 24 envelopes containing original illustrations, messages and selected surprises.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and specifications are accurate.
Minor variations in colours, printing or presentation may occur. Such variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product does not conform to its description.
Prices and Payments
Product prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the customer’s selected market.
The final purchase price, applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed before order confirmation.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout.
FabienneSketches Lab. does not directly store complete payment card details.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and offer the appropriate options, including cancellation and reimbursement.
Orders and Pre-Orders
Certain products, including the Illustrated Advent Calendar 2026, may be offered for pre-order.
A pre-order allows customers to purchase a product before it becomes available for dispatch.
Estimated dispatch dates will be communicated on the product page or during checkout.
Payment may be collected at the time of purchase, as clearly indicated during checkout.
If a significant delay occurs, we will inform affected customers and explain their available options, including cancellation and refund rights where applicable.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. The purchase contract is formed when we accept the order, subject to applicable law.
Shipping and Delivery
FabienneSketches Lab. offers shipping to selected international destinations.
Shipping destinations, delivery options and charges are displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates are indicative unless a specific delivery deadline has been expressly agreed.
Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, transportation disruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges or local taxes. Any amounts payable by the customer will be disclosed where required by applicable law.
We remain responsible for delivery and the transfer of risk in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
We want every FabienneSketches Lab. purchase to be a positive experience.
Customers may request a return or cancellation in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and their applicable statutory rights.
Where the European Union’s consumer withdrawal rules apply, eligible customers generally have 10 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from a distance purchase without providing a reason.
A product being seasonal, limited edition or purchased through a pre-order does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights.
Returned products should be handled only as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning. Any reduction in value resulting from excessive handling may be taken into account where legally permitted.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs where they have been informed of those costs before purchasing.
Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been accepted, we will contact the customer and provide a refund or another legally appropriate solution.

All illustrations, artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, logos, texts and other original creative materials presented on this website are owned by FabienneSketches or used with the permission of their respective rights holders.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights in the artwork.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products without prior written authorisation, except where permitted by law.
